Dr Kilpack is buy far the best dentist I've ever had. He & his staff are personable, professional. I owe my smile to them!

I broke my tooth on a Wednesday night and was very worried about getting an appointment. I received an appointment for Friday. Everyone was kind and willing to help. I was reassured that, yes it needed a crown, but that would be handled later.The tooth was stabilized, and I was on my way. I was also given the cost I would be responsible for to fix the tooth. Very impressed of how I was treated today. Not looking forward to the appointment for the crown, but I am sure I will be treated with the same professional manner, and kindness.

Everyone is super nice and professional. I always have a great experience. They're great with my 4-year-old too! They don't try to upsell expensive procedures and are honest. I was told by another dentist a few years ago that I had 3 "cavities," but strange enough Dr. Killpack has never found them, even on the x-rays, and I've had no pain or issues. I'm glad I didn't get those "cavities" filled.

Well, had an amazing experience at Albany County Dental in Laramie Wyoming! My daughter, is an assistant there! Missy the hygienist proceeded to clean my teeth, followed by my daughter with a polish and floss! Dr. Reynolds came in to check my teeth, thought I was going to get a lecture but only positive about my teeth and my oldest daughter! Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I've been to Albany County Family Dentistry twice for routine dental appointments. The first appointment I made here was my first dental appointment I had in 2-3 years. I figured I would have at least one cavity, however after the examination they told me I was cavity free. That clearly demonstrated to me that this business does NOT attempt to scam you into unnecessary dental work. They are an ethical and professional practice that seeks to benefit your oral health. Each visit I've been nothing but impressed. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly and they do a fantastic job of letting you know what they're doing and why they're doing it. Regarding pricing, I felt they charged a fair amount. I highly recommend selecting this business as your dental practice in Laramie. They're great!

All Around Great Experience
I had what I called an emergency yesterday when I thought I broke my tooth. Fortunately, it was just the glue between the retainer and my tooth. Regardless, Albany County Family Dentistry got me in right away. Dr. Kilpack was very kind and able to bond the retainer back to my tooth with east. I would go again for regular visits!

Great service and very professional
This was my third visit in two months and with the help of the lovely staff I am getting my teeth back in great shape. Had a full cleaning and polishing and the. A quick trip in the fill a small cavity. Love the early hours before work, very accommodating, my interactions with both dentists have been great and the hygienists are wonderful!

I had an emergency with an abscessed tooth while camping in the mountains. Dr. Killpack got me in the same day with only three hours notice. The doctor explained my options and removed my bad tooth at my request while being professional and having a great bedside manner through the whole process.
