Dr Kilpack is buy far the best dentist I've ever had. He & his staff are personable, professional. I owe my smile to them!

I broke my tooth on a Wednesday night and was very worried about getting an appointment. I received an appointment for Friday. Everyone was kind and willing to help. I was reassured that, yes it needed a crown, but that would be handled later.The tooth was stabilized, and I was on my way. I was also given the cost I would be responsible for to fix the tooth. Very impressed of how I was treated today. Not looking forward to the appointment for the crown, but I am sure I will be treated with the same professional manner, and kindness.

Everyone is super nice and professional. I always have a great experience. They're great with my 4-year-old too! They don't try to upsell expensive procedures and are honest. I was told by another dentist a few years ago that I had 3 "cavities," but strange enough Dr. Killpack has never found them, even on the x-rays, and I've had no pain or issues. I'm glad I didn't get those "cavities" filled.

Well, had an amazing experience at Albany County Dental in Laramie Wyoming! My daughter, is an assistant there! Missy the hygienist proceeded to clean my teeth, followed by my daughter with a polish and floss! Dr. Reynolds came in to check my teeth, thought I was going to get a lecture but only positive about my teeth and my oldest daughter! Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

All Around Great Experience
I had what I called an emergency yesterday when I thought I broke my tooth. Fortunately, it was just the glue between the retainer and my tooth. Regardless, Albany County Family Dentistry got me in right away. Dr. Kilpack was very kind and able to bond the retainer back to my tooth with east. I would go again for regular visits!

Great service and very professional
This was my third visit in two months and with the help of the lovely staff I am getting my teeth back in great shape. Had a full cleaning and polishing and the. A quick trip in the fill a small cavity. Love the early hours before work, very accommodating, my interactions with both dentists have been great and the hygienists are wonderful!

Cassy has been my dental hygienist for many years now, always does FANTASTIC work!! I would recommend her highly, and all the rest of the staff there keep the atmosphere fun and enjoyable.... highly recommended for all of your dental needs!!

I adore the staff, the hygienists and techs are the sweetest. Cassy is so kind and remembers conversations even six months out. 10/10

Update: Ashley polished my teeth and Missy was my hygienist this time... also both total gems. I should also add that Dr Killpack is great, he's quick and explains things well and I appreciate that even when he's busy, he makes time to answer questions. 10/10

I am new to Laramie and needed a dentist. Albany County Family Dentistry was the top place. I went in on Friday, got an appointment for Tuesday, and went in today. The gal at the reception desk was friendly and helpful both days. The dental hygienists were friendly and gentle. The dentist was friendly and described my issues in terms I could understand. Great experience.
